    Nata Overview

    Jiangsu Nata Opto-electronic Material Co., Ltd. (Nata) was founded in 2000, and listed on Growth Enterprise Market of Shenzhen Stock Exchange (Stock Code 300346) on August 7, 2012. Following national and corporate development strategies for more than 20 years, Nata has established three core business units: Precursor Materials (including MO sources), Electronic Special Gases, and Photoresists with R&D and production sites in Suzhou, Ningbo of Zhejiang, Quanjiao of Anhui, Zibo of Shandong, and Ulanqab of Inner Mongolia as well as marketing and technical service branch in North America(Sonata). Nata’s products are extensively applied in IC, LCD, LED, OLED, power devices, semiconductor, lasers, etc.

    Precursor Materials - MO Sources Manufacturing Site (Suzhou)
    Covering an area of 24,495 m2, it has a full range of production lines of MO sources with annual output of 22.5 tons TMGa and 1.5 tons TMIn.
    Precursor Materials Manufacturing Site (Quanjiao)
    Covering an area of 160,000 m2, it is the world's largest manufacturing site of MO sources and High-K TMAl.
    Photoresists Manufacturing Site (Ningbo)
    Covering an area of 90,666 m2, it undertakes R&D and industrialization of high-end photoresists and supporting materials.
    Electronic Special Gases (Hydrogen) Manufacturing Site (Quanjiao)
    Covering an area of 89,000 m2, it is the manufacturing site of high-purity AsH3, PH3, AGS, mixed gases and other hydrogen special gases.
    Electronic Special Gases (Fluorine) Manufacturing Site (Zibo)
    Covering an area of 100,000 m2, it is the manufacturing site of fluorine special gases such as NF3 and SF6.
    Electronic Materials (Fluoro-Silicon) Manufacturing Site (Ulanqab)
    Covering an area of 250,000 m2, it aims to build a green electronic materials (fluoro-silicon) manufacturing site with world-class.
    Based on independent innovation platforms of the company, such as Technology Center of Jiangsu Province, High-Purity Electronic Materials ERC, High-Purity MO Sources ETRC, Postdoctoral Research Workstation, Foreign Expert Studio, etc., Nata continues to deepen the field of high-purity electronic materials, and has successfully completed 36 national, provincial and municipal major projects, including 16 major national scientific and technological research projects and formulation of national standards for 5 projects. Meanwhile, Nata has won 175 patents and become Demonstration Enterprise of Single Championship in manufacturing industry and the national “Specialized and New” giant. Furthermore, Nata continues to overcome technology challenges and develop world-class processes in industry sectors of MO sources, ALD/CVD precursors, electronic special gases, and photoresists.
